Returning to Moynihan Train Hall
2 This disused central post office happened to lie over the same set of railroad tracks as the adjacent Pennsylvania Station, so renovting it into a new train hall was a natural idea

4 Most of the design elements in this building are carried over from the Post Office usage. All that had to be added was escalators down to each set of train platforms.
5 Passengers can now easily access each set of tracks, or transfer from one to the other, for all train lines and companies
